Lemon  Lemon is a tree that reaches 3 to 6 meters in height. The buds and petals are white and violet. The fruit is yellow outside and inside colorless, spherical up to oval, often with a bulge at the apex and pointed at the other end. The skin can be very rough to smooth, more or less lined inside with a white spongy albedo that, not edible. In climate, lemon blossoms and bears fruit twice a year. The bloom lasts at least two months, the ripe fruit and can then wait another two months before being caught on the tree, which leads to a systematic collection. The spring flowering produces the best fruit, then the collection of which lasts all winter, from November to April or May. The second flowering, at times forced into commercial plantations, occurs in August and September and the fruits can be harvested from May onwards, right after winter. Under favorable conditions, an adult can make a tree from 600 to 800 fruits per year.
